The district lies between Rustaveli Avenue and Vake, around Kostava Street and Vera Park; administratively it is part of Mtatsminda. The housing is old buildings with high ceilings, there are many cafes and bars, and Rustaveli metro station is close by. From here you can walk both to Rustaveli and to Vake.

A taxi within the centre is a short ride, but at rush hour Kostava and Rustaveli are jammed, so walking or the metro is often faster. For other districts, take the metro from Rustaveli or a bus.
