Bina (bina.rent) is a service for finding and listing rental housing. We respect your privacy and collect only the data needed to run the service.
When you register we store your email and name. If you post a listing — its content, photos and the contact details you provide. We also receive standard request data: IP address and device type.
Data is used to sign you in, publish and display listings, connect tenants with owners and improve the service. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
We use cookies for authentication (session), remembering your language and color scheme, and anonymous traffic analytics.
Data is stored on the secure servers of our hosting providers. Contact details shown in a listing are visible to other users — this is required for rental communication.
You can edit or delete your data and listings in your account, or request full account deletion by contacting us.
